2. Membership Subscription

• Subscription: Our membership is offered as a monthly subscription with auto-renewal.

• Payment: Membership fees will be billed monthly to your chosen payment method.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access to the membership area will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

• Account Creation: Upon subscribing to a membership, you may create a profile. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share in your profile. Please only share information you are comfortable being visible to other members. Snazz the Edit is not responsible for the content you choose to publish within your profile.

3. Intellectual Property

• Snazz the Edit Content: The design, layout, and question format of interviews and articles on this website are the intellectual property of Snazz the Edit.

• Brand and Professional Content: The stories, answers to interview questions, text, images, and videos submitted by brands and business professionals are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website, including interview answers and brand stories, on any other media platform without the explicit written consent of the respective intellectual property owner.

4. User Conduct within the Membership

• The membership area allows members to interact through comments, quizzes, and polls. This content is only visible to other active members.

• You agree to use the membership platform in a respectful and positive manner.

• The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in the removal of content and/or termination of your membership:

  • Posting aggressive, violent, or attacking content.

  • Any form of rudeness or disrespect towards Snazz the Edit staff, partner brands, or other members.

  • Unlawful behaviour, harassment, spamming, or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.

• Snazz the Edit reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

For non-members, it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will indicate when the latest revisions were made.

10. Cancellation of Services (Non-Membership)

For Social Media Management packages, a minimum of three (3) months' written notice is required for cancellation.

11. User-Submitted Content Responsibility

Brands and businesses submitting articles and participating in interviews are solely responsible for ensuring that all content provided (including text, images, and videos) is original, that they possess all necessary rights and permissions for its use, that all required credits are provided, and that the information is factually correct. Snazz the Edit is not responsible for verifying the ownership or accuracy of user-submitted content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snazz the Edit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Snazz the Edit in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
